Major_Toughness✭✭✭✭Used to be a common DK setup, especially on MagDK pre-hybridisation.
Kynmarchers is definitely nice to have in groups as the buffs besides Breach are not that easy to come by.
Trickery is a selfish set so would not recommend for group unless you have no other options. For example Drakes Rush will allow everyone to have 100% uptime on Major Heroism rather than just you some of the time. Then you might get Major Berserk from Sea-Serpents Coil already, expedition from Race Against Time etc.
In a 1v1 I would definitely rather have Rallying Cry than Trickery. Set is just stonks.PC EU > You2 -

Memorize the icons on in game buff bar is what I did I know they’re hard to see though.1 -

I don't track the buffs, the best add-on to do that though would be Srendarr.
It's very configurable which I could just never be bothered to set up
