Suggestion: Cancel First Rez Instead of Blocking Second

Not sure if this is the place for this. But I'd like to suggest a change to the way rezzes work, please.
EVERYONE knows the pain of rezzing people in Cyro but all of your attempts are failing because the first idjit you picked isn't seeing they have one, isn't aware they are "holding" your rez, or just plain died & went afk.
Can we PLEASE entertain a change to the mechanic such that the target of the first rez gets theirs cancelled if the rezzer has completed another one?
Or... any other suggestions? Something other than the current frustrating "mechanic"?
