[REQUEST] Allow to "freeze" the movement of dummies, pets, mounts and guests

For some projects I would like to have items such as combat dummies or pets, mounts and guests to really make zero move as if they were frozen. Ideally in an attitude from the animation that I can chose. This would be awesome.
I imagine it like giving the player during placement the possibility to select an animation sequence, then a slider appears that allows going through the movement sequence like through the single "fotos" of a movie and then select one specific attitude and "freeze" it there.
