I need someone in the content creation to make a step-by-step video on how the gear collection system works. When I even ask about it in the game people don't seem to know and say just ignore it. When you loot a piece of gear for the first time it's added to your collection but what does it mean and how does it work? I need a step-by-step video on this, please.

collected = reconstructable at the transmute station for transmute crystals (from dungeon/bg group finder dailies, undaunted dailies or cyro monthly)

some collections (e.g. dungeon sets) have curated drops, meaning that while the drops are random draws from the bosses loot table, the same piece will not show up until you have collected all items from that specific loot table.

what is the benefit? you can reconstruct non-craftable pieces with the trait you desire without the need for getting the corresponding random drop. filling a collection makes the reconstruction for the specific set cheaper.

    Would be a short video.

You can probably find a video on it from people covering the live stream/PTS at the time it was released. The “sticker book” came out a couple years ago. Q3 or Q4. Might’ve been during Blackwood.

    Very welcome :)

(btw, not my channel or even subscriber of the channel, was simply the first - in my opinion - okay looking result on my search)
