Anyone knows how to disable screen stretching when sprinting?

What the title says. I dunno how else to explain it... When I start sprinting, everything kind of stretches/elongates away.

I don't think it happened before, so could be some setting, but I could have just not noticed it...

Settings > Camera > Global > Field of View Changes OFF
