Phantom Keybind on one Character

All of my characters use 7 custom keybinds. It's easy to see which are custom because they have an * next to them. The problem is that one character shows 8 even though she really only has 7. I have manually counted these a dozen times and there are only 7.

I reset all her keybinds to default and it still says she has 1. I disabled all add-ons and reset them again but nothing changed.

I then set up Votan's keybinds hoping that this would override and remove the phantom one but it didn't.

I put in a ticket but after multiple emails they said they can't fix it.

I know this isn't game breaking but it is irritating and I'd like to see it resolved. Has anyone else run into something like this?
