xbox series x controller not working

Hello,
I updated my graphics card driver yesterday and it broke my xbox series x controller with everything so it no longer works with eso pc non steam
I have tried these steps I did a system repair and rolled back the changes. After this my controller worked every where else like it used too bit is still does not work in eso.
I launched the game and changed the accesibilty and gamepad on and of multiple times no luck,
I also went into controllers on windows 11 and made sure it was selected and tested it and it works there fine. So it works everywhere except ESO what do i do?
