Marisette Lemaitre and Skooma

For those unaware, Marisette Lemaitre runs the inn that Rigurt gets into trouble with in High Isle. I re-completed this quest recently and found it…curious that while she’s (understandably) up in arms over not getting paid for her services to the three delegates, she doesn’t even blink about the fact that there was a skooma dealer in her establishment, even when the presence of said skooma dealer resulted in her not getting paid.

I propose that she’s in cahoots with said dealer.
