Crafters Celebration?

Have we had one of these before? So excited and I don't even know what it is!

The first event this month brings the creativity of Tamriel to the forefront with Crafter's Celebration.

sorta, sorta not. Like as much as I love ZoZ i dont consider it as much of a crafters event as it COULD be.

Like personally i think ZOZ could use alot more special type crafting writs similar to the charity writs from the New Life festival.

I wouldn't be opposed to special writs, would be nice if they make them more worthwhile than the New Life ones tho - once you've done the achievements for those they're just really expensive to make for no real reward.

After last ZoZ they took away boxes for daily and master writs except the first, I wonder if this event is why?

I don't think they'd rename the anniversary event, though.

Who knows, maybe it's just a minor event that only gives double mats or something? They don't seem to sell event tickets during that event (crown store preview says next occation for that is Whitestrake's Mayhem), so it can't be something big.

I see now it's not in the official event schedule for q1 either. Maybe it's just a stripped back version of the explorers event as I heard we aren't getting those any more - maybe just double nodes as you said. Damn, I got all excited for nothing!

To me, "brings the creativity of Tamriel to the forefront" possibly suggests that it might be a "community celebration" type of event rather than an in-game "event" which grants tickets-- sort of like a housing contest, but different? Whatever it is, we'll be finding out more soon enough!

Well, I don't know. There's already a community contest (for Heart's Day) at the moment, though. I'm not sure if they'd have two at the same time.

The weekly endeavors are about crafting and award writ vouchers!

Been looking for info every couple of days but still nothing! It might not be a full event with tickets but neither was the Explorer's Events and they were still significant, so this could be too. The suspense is killing me now

Is it just me or events communication is really bad? I know they took some efforts to update what events are out there on a quarterly basis, but it's still vague.

I find myself refreshing eso page way too often to look for mayhem info.

@ZOS_Kevin I see two things that probably don't work as intended:

writ vouchers from master writs aren't doubled
gear that's reconstructed for 12 transmutes can be deconstructed again for the regular 25
