As far as I know, from what they stated, they are ONLY adding new skills with grimoires available for them. Hopefully in the future they will allow customizability of class skills or add additional class skills.

Same can be said for vampire and werewolf - could be interesting

I don't think we'll be able to adjust other skills effects, but I think they did mention something about skill styling. Kind of like customized actions where class / world skills get different visuals based on new collectibles.
