There's a stability issue with Nvidia's DLAA

This is a semi bug report, not a help request.

I've noticed stability issues with DLAA turned on.
I'm playing at 4k resolution, have a 14900K CPU with 128GB (actual) ECC RAM (DDR5) on a w680 chipset motherboard (asus w680 ace ipmi *** board)
and a KFA2 4070 RTX on Windows 10. 1200W PSU (because I originally planned to replace the 4070 with a 4090, but the 4070 does its job and doesn't consume at much power).
Nvidia driver is the current

Yesterday I was playing my Necro, among other classes, but when it happened it was on the Necro.
I had DLAA turned on the last few days and noticed random crashes, and not that kind that asks to send a bug report,
altought bug report crashes were also there,
but mainly the kind that just quits the client.
But yesterday took the crown with a blue screen of death.
I didn't have those in a longer while, years, decades.
But ESO managed.

I checked the temperature sensors, everything was relatively cool.
CPU 40-50°C
Chipset 78°C
GPU 38°C
the rest around 30-40°C

I turned any form of AA off now, at 4k I don't really need it, but DLAA did make the game look prettier.
When it was turned on I checked the GPU usage in W10 Task Manager, it was around 80%.
