Event tickets awarded incorrectly.

So today, I logged in, went to IC. I was one of the players getting the kill on two sweeper bosses topside, and on one coldharbour elite in the sewers. The first sweeper boss, on looting, gave me 2 event tickets and the glorious IC coffer, as expected. The other elite kills only got a purple coffer, again as expected.
When I turned in the dailes later, I got a purple coffer for each quest (expected) but I was also awarded the event tickets for the first quest of 6, which shouldn't have happened.
I suspect this happened to me once earlier in the event, but I don't always pay attention to the loot log after IC bosses (depending on the situation).
I don't particularly want to take a ban for this, but I'm not really sure how to avoid the situation other than not participating in this part of the event.

i had something similar happen. I killed a wb in Imperial City and got my tickets then ran Imperial City Prison later and got 2 more tickets

Happened to me too - yesterday btw. Killed ic boss got two tickets, handed in ic quest anf got two more. Thought of reporting it to not get banned for an exploit I didn't even know of, but I didn't as I thought the two tickets might, in a small way, make up for all the ones I've lost on forgetting to spent in time, and mostly because I was more nervous support would end up removing the rest of my tickets by mistake
When I logged in later the two extra tickets were gone, so the issue was somehow resolved, so no problem in the end
The progress on the weekly endeavor remained after the tickets were gone though.

Oh, so I wasn't imagining things! I got a pair of tickets once from one of the IC district bosses, then another pair from one of the overland quests. I thought that's how it was supposed to be, until it didn't happen the next day. Then I thought maybe I imagined it? I guess not!

While we’re at it, can we roll Doomchar Plateau over to the next event?

Even saving all of our event tickets before the event, it is impossible to afford the house with actual tickets earned throughout the event.

I can't account for anyone elses experience, but both times I've had this - the tickets appear to have been fully added to my inventory. My count is 10 tickets today, and I had spent down from 11 to 6 yesterday - that really shouldn't happen.

@Tyrant_Tim the Doomchar morph parts will be available for next two events too.

So it is possible to get all parts this quarter.

5 x morph parts = 50 Tickets + 3 x pet parts = 15 tickets(if you don't have an Unstable Morpholith already) = total 65 Tickets.

The three events(including this one) should award, at 2 tickets per day a total of 78 tickets. however you may not be able to get the new pet and the morph parts as well.

I don't pay attention to the ticket count, and as I often am doing things that cross the time reset border I'm not sure I'd notice an extra ticket event if it did happen to me...

It happened to me one time. Only the ticket count stayed for the weekly. I did not got 2 extra tickets as the game said. Tried to replicate it like it happened before (killing a IC sewer boss, not a coldharbour one, then turning in a daily quest).

Not really too big on events as they don’t introduce any new gameplay, but when I saw Doomchar was coming back I made it a point to get my tickets to max after buying the orb pet in preparation.

I don't participate in pvp only do the one quest in imperial city for gold coffer
Have not had extra bug tickets but today after maintenance I logged in and missing two event tickets ☹

I didn't see the earlier thread on this. But I checked my currency inventory window where the extra tickets were until I logged in later the same day.
Nice that it was fixed so fast. Hope they fix your issue just as fast nebula, because missing tickets is a worse bug than extra ones, obviously.

I paid attention today and I started with 7 tickets:

• killed IC boss in sewers, got gold coffer and notification that I got tickets, but no actual tickets awarded (was still on 7 tickets)
• did all quests and killed a boss upstairs - got purple coffer as expected
• killed another boss in sewers - got another purple coffer
• handed in the quests - got 6 purple coffers and the last one handed in also gave me the missing tickets (bringing it to 9)

Weird, but I'm happy I got my tickets eventually

I have done two more Battlegrounds and (just to try) did a Fighters Guild quest still no tickets. Tried a battleground with different toon, still no tickets. Like others trying to maximize for Doom char very pleased it is continuing for a few more events. Thank you.

The thread you are responding to is NOT about the current pvp event. Also, you get 1 ticket from Imperial City and 2 tickets from Cyrodiil for the current event.
