It would be really nice if events in zones would include fishing e.g. increased bite chance, chance of multiple fish in one pull, possibility of event loot boxes dropping etc.

✭✭✭✭✭Second this. Or an event that’s just for fishing, maybe double drops for bait (worms, crawlers etc) from relevant sources in addition to more fish and have a daily to ‘Catch X [Water type] fish.’
But since fishing doesn’t seem to be popular enough to justify an event to itself, doubling drops from the fishing nodes in existing events would be fine too.#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

✭✭I agree, fishing could really use some love. Perhaps a few item sets from fishing would be nice. I recently ground through every single zone for each achievement and quit once done. There's nothing to draw the average player to it unless you just like it to begin with.1 -
