All HEAVY SACKS in public dungeon on 1 minute respawn timer

The heavy sack that spawn in THE LION'S DEN public dungeon are on a 1 minute respawn timer.
I was alerted to this by seeing a level 6 toon crouched up on the wooden overlook you end up on after you've run through the entire dungeon. There is an open crate and a backpack - the heavy sack spawns between the two. A friend and I watched the guy for about 10 minutes, recorded him as well.
I would guess its about 5 hours later, I logged on to check and see if our little bot friend was still there farming the heavy sack.
As I ran through, I figured I'd stop and loot any heavy sacks I saw and see if they also were on a 1 minute timer. As you may have guessed from the title, all of them that I saw were on the same 1 minute respawn timer.
I reported them via the /bug feature in game as well.
For funsies, I will record what I received from the heavy sacks I looted. Nothing crazy as I was only in the dungeon for about 20 minutes total, but a bot doing this for several hours could yield some big profits. The location I saw the bot in is in zero danger of agroing anything in the dungeon. It is a completely protected spot.
