Tales of Tribute card game permanent

I have a question. I was hoping to unlock the Tales of Tribute eso card game in-game permanently without eso plus or the high islands chapter and got extra eso plus even after the introductory quest it wasn't in the rankings after the plus period playable. Now I'm wondering how far you have to quest and where for the permanent update? I only found 2 repeatable quests or is it related to rank?

There's just a free sample of ESO plus

I'd really appreciate some advice.

you only get it permanently if you have bought High isle.

you lose access to Tales of Tribute when the eso plus trial ends.

One way to get it permanently is to just purchase the chapter bundle that comes with all prior chapters of the game. That will get you a bunch of features unlocked along with the purchase of the chapter. If you are willing to wait, then you can generally get the new chapter (even the bundle) on a good sale, I think it generally goes on sale in September ... if I remember correctly. I never wait to get the chapter on sale.

You only unlock it permanently by owning High Isle.

The chapter goes on sale a few times. The best time to get it is during chapter events because then it's discounted (half price iirc) and you get other freebies for owning it.

Alternatively, you can get just High Isle through your plus crowns in the crown store.

The better deal is buy the chapter collection though as you'll get most of the major features of the game unlocked all at once.

there are only 2 repeatable quests, 1 for pve and 1 for pvp

but like others said you dont get it permanently until you buy high isle

its the same with antiquities i think, you cannot do antiquities permanently without greymoor
