A friend tells me that the craft bag is not working and she does not have dlc access either. I cannot confirm because we both have eso plus. Can someone look into this please?

I don’t know if there is a sub forum for this so I am just posting here.

EDIT: clarification - “we” meaning both of us in this household

    Looks like there was some confusion about this, you have to go to the Crown store and activate this and my friend did not know that. Sorry for the confusion, but this should be just user error.
