February Crown store Predictions.

since we are near the end of January I figured I would do another one of these again but I'm still very disappointed in ZOS for not heeding my suggestion and start the new year with dubble crown crates.

my predication is that for crown cates since they are not doing Frost Atronach crates, I'm guessing it will be either Xanmeer crates or Sunken Trove Crates for the month of February.

i still think Frost Atronach crates are likely to return. Xanmeer and Sunken Trove also make sense! and i like what furniture they all have.

i believe we'll get some Whitestrake's Mayhem items as that's supposed to be in February, Heart's Day items, and maybe some items that we haven't seen in a while or at all.

- perhaps an Apocrypha furniture pack?

Frost crates will absolutely make a return. Again, hoping for Adorable Assassin hair.

This year (sooner rather than later) the crates I'm keen for are Dwarven, Hollowjack and Scalecaller!

I hope they add some new stuff really, particularly some normal looking hairstyles (for a medieval setting)

Mid-Parted Shoulder-Length has been requested for a while now

I hope for a return of the Sovngarde crates tho

Oh no, that would be a tragedy. I have also been waiting two years for the Frost Atronach crates to grace us with their presence once again. I wants my Maormer Fish Skin!!!

I wish some rare cosmetics make a return, such as:

Subtle Dark Lashes - They have not returned in years.

Some unreleased cosmetics, like the hairstyles: Portside Shave, Mid-Parted Shoulder-Length and Warrior Topknots.
Also a bunch of facial hair that we see on npcs.

Additonally, new cosmetics. It's surprising how few appearance cosmetics ZOS adds to the store compared to other games, when they are some of the most bought of all cosmetics. New hairstyles, more facial hair, more adornments, more immersive and lore fitting markings, especially have all of these in bundles of more than one. Surprised we haven't gotten face markings inspired by the markings dunmer faces had in TES3 Morrowind.

I just found some new info. according to this info on UESP the Sovngrade crate returned on the first Whitestrake event on February 2022. it seems they tied this crown crate to this event and the whitestrake event is coming out in February of this year so... ya there is a very high chance it will be the Sovngarde crate.

Plus, they've never brought back the few things I actually want.

I'm praying that they'll add Draping Locks to a Crown Crate soon. Still really sad I missed it when it was a daily reward, as I've been waiting for it to be added to the game for well over 5 years.

can you tell me if the summon effect is like the one we have on the senche? the cursebound senche rat?

its not a tornado effect but when you mount it, it does a red lightning strike that is very very flashy. it also does that red wave effect just like the darkfang. the wave is one of those blink and you miss it type effects.

I don't know why but UESP completely skipped this mount. they have zero info on it.

Do upcoming seasons of crates go on testing on PTS before release?
I was wondering if the next season is already previewable.

I have not access to PTS (console player) but if upcoming crates are on it I would have a request for whomever can test...

So my memory was correct... I don't get why they stopped that, since people datamine anyway, and having a testing period would help them avoid some scenarios that happen with every season where some items have issues.

Thank you anyway; I'll wait next season to go live to see if I can spend 8.000 crowns or if there's an annoying sound - I liked the recall that is currently on live servers, the frosty one, but that loud crack at the end... I think it would get on my nerves, so I'm saving, hoping for the future.
