No 2nd Twitch drop

Did anybody get the scroll drop from Twitch for the global reveal?

I was watching from halfway through the game before the Indiana Jones reveal and kept on until the drop said it was no longer available.

It was showing 83% claimed. I did get the 15 minute pyromancer emote.

*checks* I did get the scroll. Haven’t got the Crate yet but my understanding is that can be earned watching a livestream, so it’s still in progress.

I've got multiple Twitch accounts, since I've got several ESO accounts (main account, RP-character-account and the free Epic account). First got the emote only, second got both, third was progressing very slowly and didn't get anything at all. Had the stream open for all three accounts on different devices, all new and not slow devices (computers, no smartphone or something like that).
I got the emote on the accounts that are most important for me, but it still makes me sad that my Epic account didn't get it though I watched the full 34 minutes.

It got to 75% -the second one -then byebye.

I was watching the xbox version on YouTube, which still showed a timer -then swapped with what I thought was plenty of time to spare to Beth's on Twitch -only to find the timers were not synced and it had already started.

Couldn't even get the emote. Twitch would not start the drops on time for myself, my partner, or a friend of ours. We started watching at ten of. By the time we refreshed and relogged enough times, the timer started from zero, and it was too late to get the emote drop.

I watched the whole show and did not get the two drops. It stopped halfway through the show at 40% and 20%.

Claimed both, got neither. Not sure if it's because my account page on this website is not loading right now either? I did get my preorder mount and pet just now tho.

I had the stream going for both my wife and myself, started it an hour before the event, and when I checked back after finishing a meeting the campaign was over and both accounts had no drops.

Hi All, we know some of you had issues with Twitch Drops. If you had issues, you can so one of the following to get your drops:

You can watch any of the recap streams throughout the next week. That should earn you the drops. Times for those streams listed here.
You can also submit the issue you are having to Customer Service via a ticket, and they should be able to assist you. Looking at your drop progress on twitch and sending that in should help.

@MoonPile on your twitch page click on your head icon top right of page and pick "drops" from the dropdown menu, you can then claim the items there and they will be delivered ingame.

One goes into emotes in your collections, the other arrives in your mailbox.

I didn't see a list of recaps in the announcement for the reveal, which is where they were given last year.

I am missing the Pyromancer’s Quandary emote (after watching for 15 minutes) and a 50% Gold Coast Experience Scroll (after watching for 30 minutes) as Twitch Drops. Where do we submit a CS ticket for aid?

My drops never even started. I got a crate from watching a streamer prior (or maybe it finished during the eso live.) But no listing for an emote at all. Super disappointed

I watched the global reveal stream and got the emote and had only a few percent into the crate. I switched to Fengrush stream and got the crate.
