Hello,I received a permanent ban on my account without any apparent reason. I have never used third-party apps, programs, cheats, never used offensive language in the chat, and have spent over 600 hours in the game. I know all the rules and never violated Terms and Conditions. I purchased a membership in the game. Yesterday, I experienced three crashes and one BSoD within one hour while playing dungeons and other PvE content with friends. By the morning, my account was already banned. I received an email from Support Team. I answered the email and create couple tickets, but there is no any respond. I urge you to investigate the situation, I believe it's an error, and the system blocked me automatically. Thank you
