Achievement: "Scattered Spirits" [Edited]

As the title says. I'm missing "Fortitude Remnants" - however, after collecting all 5 of them and having a buff of 5000 health, the achievement still doesn't register that I collected them.

I'm farming the Void Pitch dye, so I'm expecting to get the achievement upon acquiring all 5 Remnants that I'm missing.

Edit: it registered after a second run. I got 1 Fortitude orb + 5 Remnants. i was led to believe I only needed 1 orb + 4 Remnants.
I believe the achievement not specifying how many Remnants I should get could be tweaked for clarity.
