Perhaps it could be possible to introduce new features to the Player Skeleton, maybe attaching it to new Personalities so the idea can be monetized. Carrying equipped weapons in new ways on the Player, such as either relocating your front bar Weapons to different spots on the body, or having both front and back bar weapons visible at the same time. For example, a couple concepts,
1H&S Sword & Shield, both on Back
The One Handed weapons typically carried on the Hip is now placed on your back, like two handed weapons are, underneath your Shield. AKA the Legend of Zelda method. This method could even "fix" the rampant floating weapons bugs that plague certain Outfit Styles. Drawing and Sheathing animations would have to be tweaked to show you reaching over the shoulder to pull the Blade. (yes I've seen real life videos debunking this as practical)
Front Bar Sword, Back Bar Bow visible together
Older concept I made, introducing the idea of having both of your ability bar's weapons visible at the same time. This would enhance immersion while possibly creating more clipping issues, and obviously wouldn't work with Builds that utilize the same weapon layouts on both bars such as double dual wield or dual Bows, but it would create a nice look to see your Character actually carrying all the weapons they use, such as Dual Wield blades and a Bow, or a Frost Staff, One Handed Blade and Shield etc.
