Ever wondered what it would be like to play a solo Tribute game? Ever wondered if it’s possible to destroy every one of your cards?
Wonder no longer, the expert NPC in Shimmerene has the answers.
It started as a mostly normal NPC match: Druid, Almalexia, Celarus, and Red Eagle. The AI started off normal, buying low cost Druid cards and writs. Then they grabbed every Red Eagle contract card and agent to destroy cards, and just kept destroying cards every turn, until there were no more.
There was an agent and two cards left, and then only an agent.
Then the AI used that agent to destroy itself and had nothing.
The game didn’t end. I was able to play every full turn by myself and the NPC turns just ended right away.
Let’s talk again about that improved NPC AI we keep reading about in patch notes

i basically play all of my npc matches selecting rahjin and red eagle and still like 95% win rate against npc lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
