Vvardenfell Outlaw Refuge Exit Bug

All of my toons are based in Vvardenfell so I don't know if this is unique to this locale. I'm finding that if I visit the outlaw refuge in Vvardenfell via the outside entrance under the crafting/banking area and then I exit back into Vvardenfell I get an infinite area transition loading screen that eventually drops back to the start screen. My guess is that it happens about 5% of the time.
