I was just wondering how many peeps are browsing the forums mainly because the NA server is offline. I just need a fix, the addicting is getting out of hand!

I'm one of those weird Europeans playing on the NA server. This is my playtime too!

yeah i might do the same and go to the EU sever just for a it XD and im looking foward to alot of fun play when the sever goes back up is all.

Hey SmithNL,

Sorry about the downtime, I was hoping to get some time in today as well. I've been spending some time on the EU server in the meantime and it has actually helped me get some information about stuff that I wanted to do on my main account.

Don't see it as a waste of time but a way of gaining information. Hope this helps.

Funny you say that. I actually did the same but in reverse order. I started my character on the EU server, but realized most of my friends started playing on the US server. That did help me a bunch on my main account on the US server.

The server should go online soon, they said something like: end of morning eastern US time!

If you remove the US tag on the ESO directory you don't have to download the game again!

Example:
The Elder scrolls Online US -> The Elder Scrolls Online

firstly i feel zenimax rushed ESO out, open beta was not nearly long enough, last MMO beta i was in was Aion and their open beta lasted like 4 months and opened with little to no hot fixes/downtime. Secondly those complaining about having 2 scheduled maintenance a week. This is a Mega server, only other MMO that uses mega servers is EVE online and they do maintenance every day for about an hour. there are so many invalid complains with out doing any research about these things its silly... as someone who has debugged code and worked IT and did maintenance on servers even small ones i know what might be a simple fix could take hours to find just to fix it so i will sit here patiently and play LoL or Diablo 3 till they are done.

For some weird reason, that called "EU" server, have worse pings than NA. Aren't they in a same location?

I don't think the beta was too shot. Just give the game some time.

The game was rushed a bit, the "Weekend BETA's" were kind of a joke. The game is ok so far, lots of little issues are creeping up though.

The server failure issue is huge though - 10 hour downtime, this has to be a massive DB corruption or hardware failures on a large scale. I just hope we do not see roll backs - this could be bad for the health of the game at this point lol.

Anyway, good luck to the tech teams.

Sigh.. the full time Beta testers were on the PTS, not on the Beta Stress test weekend only plan. I see some of them got thier ONE YEAR BADGES yesterday. So the beta was over a year, since launch is still April 4th. Weekend Beta were to allow ZoS to rate server load/lag on thier megaserver tech, with many players instead of the small load in the "real" Beta.
