Pre-craft certification items

Can I pre-create roast pig and the others on a single character and get them from the bank before talking to the crafting certification NPC or does the quest require that I interact with the crafting station?

If you have the needed items you can progress the quests without interacting with the stations. At some point you will have to as you'll be asked to decon an item.

yes, you can.
though it is possible to completely skip certification crafting if you reach 10/50 in the appropriate profession

So it's weird, I just tried, all items crafted on the same account. It let me skip provisioning and alchemy the rest it made me craft. Thanks tho

Generally alchemy and provisioning consumables don't care who created the item(s), but the others (which I think are classified as durables; this includes enchanting) have to be crafted by the character turning in the writ.
