NPC Guild Starter Quests

Not long ago, at least for me, the decision was made to change when a player could get the quest to join the Mages, Fighter, and Undaunted guilds (among others) to keep from overwhelming new players... I am unsure how well this worked, but I have not been a new player for almost 10 years...

I will admit, I did not think about this change much then, but I just ran into an issue with it... I have been having a great deal of fun with a guild I joined (just for this) running trials on low-level characters, I am talking levels 3 to 14, so far, we have cleared every trial but 1 (Rock Grove).

I just had to replace the character I have been using (thanks in part to the change in Breda's Mug), and here is when the above-mentioned change made its way into my purview... I can't get the undaunted line on my level 6 tank... thus inner fire is not going to be available for that much longer, so no ranged taunt unless I make an Arcanist.

The Change I would like to see is to put the quest givers back into the world, allow those of us who know of them to go and get the quests at any level, but only display the quest marker to those over level 10.

The three base NPC guilds are far too important to the game to eliminate them from low-level play.

Yes, I can easily level up my character to level 10 to get the skill line, but that reduces the time I have to use it before I have to replace it again at level 15.
Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...

    I agree. The change should have been made only for first time players.
