Infinite Archive motif on the set items when?

So the motif you get on the nightblade armor specificly, is that ever coming out on a motif page etc?

Is this an inadvertent admission that the Infinite Archive Motif books will come from the Crown Store?

in collections their descriptions say they're supposed to come from Archive bosses and Archive merchants.

so i imagine we will see them in Filer Tezurs' or Ool's shop and boss rewards probably in update 41.
which would release in March if zos keeps releasing updates the same way.
