Murkmire NPC Achievements bugged for over a year and a half now

The Murkmire overland achievement Surreptitiously Shadowed (awarded for finding and talking to the random NPC Choixth five times in Murkmire) is still bugged after nearly a year and a half on PSNA. For about a year, meeting with and talking to the NPC would cause a hard crash of the game. During U39, this was said to be fixed in the patch notes. The game no longer crashes, but it is impossible to progress the achievement. I have met with her in all of her potential spawn points, every dialogue option, different times of day, etc. NOTHING will inch this achievement forward. Is there any word on this even being a known issue? Any word from dev team? I’m closing in on finishing all achievements and this is really driving me crazy.

ZibjiSoul ShrivenThis issue is deeper than I thought. The Swamp Rescuer Achievement is having the exact same issue in Murkmire. This is awarded for finding and saving another type of random NPC in the zone. Seems like the issue is tied to overall NPC spawns in Murkmire, where the game can not/does not track forward progress.0
