Crafting Stations added to the game but not available to players

so far 2 stations are not available to players and those stations are the Clockwork Outfit Station (Not the dye station but they do function the exact same) and the Clockwork Jewelry station. these 2 stations are in the clockwork city crafting hall but players cant add them to their homes.
Guild master of Darkness of Sanguinaris. Birthday is December 4th.
