Shouldn't these always drop as BOP? And since there's not a weekly dungeon like there is for arenas/trials, I don't think these could have come as a reward in a mail... how are these on a trader??

Milchbart✭✭✭✭There are no viper staffs anymore. These items are at least 7 or 8 years old and now the seller seems to need some gold.
They weren't bop back then.
