tidefall cantos I location in fathom's drift delve

I see the book "tidefall cantos I" for sale at the the vendor in EA this week and it says I have to find it in Fathom's Drift delve first before I can buy it. So my partner and I spent a good hour looking in Fathom's Drift for it with no success. UESP just says "it's on broken scaffolding" but no maps online I've found show the location. Anyone able to give me more specific information so I can buy this book?

Actualy UESP wiki have a map of the dvelve with the location of the book. Open Apocrypha map, clic on Fathom's drift and on the little stair to see the upper level of the map. It's in the middle and if i remember correctly you have to go up some stair and jump.
UESP wiki is a great ressource and i found the location of all books on it. Still pissed i missed "lord hollowjack and his realm" tho, but it's not their fault if you can only find it in murkmire bookselves

I spent a long time looking for this, too. I finally figured out I could only reach it if I approached it from the left. I just kept going up then when I was close I was able to go down to the book.
