Eight-Fang Nose Chain disappears when unequipping one handed weapons or wearing skins

Pretty much the title. I made a quick recording of it, but then remembered that you can't upload videos directly to the forums so here's a brief run down of the issue:
Item: Eight-Fang Nose Chain
Item Type: Major Adornment
Tested on: Female Orc
Turns invisible but remains 'selected' in the collections tab when doing the following:
- Unequipping a one handed weapon on the front bar and/or back bar.
- Selecting any of the available skins (Both from achievement and the store)
Conflicts with other forms of accessoires in the following way:
- Wearing the 'Colovian Filigreed Hood', 'Colovian Fur Hood', 'Flanel Forester's Hood'....pretty much every second hat wear you released so far.
- Hides every type of minor adornment (Earrings).
If you could have a look at it after the holidays, that'd be great. Thank you.
