Unable to login (at least infrequently) after last patch (NA-PC)

Every since the last patch, logging in is VERY sketchy. I get a myriad of errors, probably most notably Error 303. I follow the instructions from the help pages, but I also get the following errors: Booted from server. Unable to connect to server. I've tried rebooting my server, shutting down STEAM, shutting down ESO, rebooting computer, but CURRENTLY, the way that I know I will get in is that the error that I get is something like "We've put you in queue to login. Estimated wait time: 1 second" . IF I get that, I know that the next time I log in will be successful.
