When ESO changed when the daily quests changed it was mostly a good thing, it standardized a lots of things. However it did create a problem. Before the change there was a large window between when the daily quest reset time was and when events ended. This gave everybody about 8 or so hours to get extra tickets. When the new times were put in not only did the window shrink to about 3 hours but it was greatly biased towards the east coast. Where before on the west coast you could earn your last tickets from 10pm till the event ended which was around 6am the next day, and the east coast had from 12am till about am, now if your on the west coast you have to do it between 3 and 6am whereas the east coast its 6-9am. If you don't notice its a lot easier for someone on the east coast to get the extra tickets, so effectively since the change this year those of us on the west coast have been down 2-3 tickets per event. That's a lot when they are so scarce and limited on the number you can hold.
Thankfully there are two easy solutions. The first one, and the one that makes the most sense, would be to sync event star and end times with daily quest timers. This would put everyone on a even footing and frankly would also be easy to implement. The second would be to revert when daily timers reset so that the old 8 hour window returns, obviously this is less desirable as the change in daily timers fixed many issues and was other than this issue a good thing.
So please Dev;s make it so next years events don't have this problem.
