Can no longer purchase Maligraphic Ichors?

The vendor does not appear to be selling Maligraphic Ichors. If I remember right, in past weeks, it seemed that all the fragments were available for sale. This week I just see Disgusting Spoils. Will it change from week to week?

other collectibles are usually for stuff outside archive like public dungeon collectibles
