Yes, totally possible. But two handed - like with a greatsword, or two swords, one in each hand? Or both? Well, actually, I have exactly that setup on my stamblade:
Daggers front,
longsword back.
You'll not get to any top of the pile damage output in your guild's combat log with it, but you can surely play your part even in endgame content.
I love the Vateshran daggers, which are the jack of all trades weapon.

I've tried every class in PvP and nothing else plays like Stam Sorc. Best mobility and sustain in the game makes it also the hardest hitting class in the game, if you know how to build correctly.

STAM NB for ever and ever!!! It's my favourite spec, and also the one I feel most comfortable dps'ing on. Though I do love all stam specs in general, as I don't like weaving with staves. My absolute favourite meta was the double DW a few years ago, those were the days I also loved playing stamcro during Elsweyr and stamden before they reworked SA. I still like stamsorc and stamplar. My least fave would be stamDK, but I prefer it to the mag version. Like Lyris says:

That's fine, I'm past my days of going after Vet Hardmodes and things like that. I'm just here for fun and questing. I also always make my characters warriors in style, they always look like heavy armor greatsword wielding warriors. Was wondering if Nightblade pulls off that vibe or is it too heavily rogue like.

IMO the vibe is what you put in their gear, personality and at the outfit station. With the right customizations they can look like a commander of a platoon of knights, a dancer ready for a recital or a shy person waiting for their crush to arrive.

Ever since I stopped raiding I repurposed my Nord Warden as a IceMauler for SOLO and MAN! she is fun!
Maul frontbar, Froststaff backbar
Brawler for really difficult Bosses, Wrecking Blow else. The rest is a Balance of Wardens best abilities.

World Bosses is extremely fun, when I am the only one tanking the Bosses attacks and all the little fleas are dying to AoEs. 😉

I mean, Stamina Arcanist is objectively overpowered at the moment. But it isn't as fun as StamWarden is. 😋

It’s a toss up for me- stamina Templar was my first character and has always been my favorite stamina class for PVE- grand master crafter, quests etc. admittedly this class is in a pretty rough place currently so not a lot of use in endgame PVE right now which is a shame.

I have played a stamina dk in PVP from the get go and continue to enjoy that, even if “PVP” for me is mostly random duals, battlegrounds, or the occasional solo cyro or sewers run

For me, I always played stamina Redguards in TES games. So since I play ESO as a solo TES game I do the same here. I have all the classes as stamina Redguards all but the Sorcerer class as I never play them.

True, it seems every build has melee front bar and staff back bar, thanks to hybridization.

Stamsorc has always been my favourite. I mainly use it for solo, nothing beats the survivability of crit surge and hurricane. But I use it for groups and pvp too, it's just my go to class.

I would define it by having more points in stamina than in magicka. With hybridisation, one should still be higher than the other.
