Disconnecting during opening the stage boss reward chest softlocks Endless Archive

I killed the Stage boss, my internet got unstable out of sudden and I caught a disconnect during opening the chest. I got thrown into login screen, I logged back in but could not progress further as Vision nor portal did not show up and had to abort entire run. The "tentacle pedestal" was there but without the "eye" and not interactable.
