World skill line - an idea

Over the course of playing and investing our time, we collect so many skyshards that we have nothing to spend them on. Even with all the skill lines, there are many that are left.

So, how about a skill line that allows us to get more gold from monsters (there are always pennies), increase chances to collect ingredients from Torchbugs, Butterflies, ambient animals, etc.

I'm sure people had already come with some ideas, so I'm just giving you a heads up so that we had reasons to spend our skill points and collect skyshards.

Collectioners are among us, definitely, so why not give ALL a reason to collect?

I think a gathering/hunting skill line would be nice. Boosts to fishing, movement speed after looting a resource node, combo bonuses for each node you gather, etc. Reduced aggro radius from beasts.

Inflation and devaluation say "Hi". I'm against everything that prints extra gold out of thin air in excessive amounts (and yes, 100 gold per enemy would already be way too much) and things that increase drop chance by a significant amount.

If there's more gold people could spend, item prices will go up except for anything that's available in such abundance that nobody needs it. And if there's little to nothing that people actually "need", prices for things "wanted" are getting even higher.
So what we need isn't more gold or more items but actually more gold sinks and a greater variety of what is actually useful to create versatility.
I'm but a sarcastic beef jerky. Irony and cynicism are my parents. You've been warned.

Personally, I don't like the idea of not getting some perks that could increase our chances to harvest some animal-based ingredients by a percentage (no, not 60 or 100), but 25%.

However, I do LOVE the idea of having a gold sink that would be useful for the sake of versatility. And class identity maybe.

So, I'm all for what @Kisakee typed!

we already have a CP that increases all gold income as is, makes no sense to add that to a world skill line

i do think it would make sense to have a world skill line

then we could move all of the non-combat cp related stuff into the world skill line and this would give the devs the chance to actually utilize the green cp tree for something thats less annoying

80% of the slottables in the green cp tree could be made into passives into some universal skill line
