Unnatural Movement not triggering because of set Peace and Serenity

Heya, I noticed the vampires skill unnatural movement - which makes you invisible after 3 seconds while sprinting at stage 4 vampire. It doesn't work if you wear the set Peace and Serenity. If I take the set off, I can turn invisible just fine, but the 5 piece bonus completely prevents me from turning invisible. Is this intentional?
