Concealed Weapon bug on the dummy

Hello
I have a bug with the Night blade skill: Concealed Weapon on the dummy (3 million and 21million) here is my bug:
I present myself on the side or behind the dummy by just using concealed weapon, I can clearly see that the dummy is unbalanced,
BUT if I use only one of my DOTs (spectral cloak,stampede,carve,twisting path,debilitate,barbed trap)
The dummy becomes immune for the rest of the fight.
