I am not very familiar with ESO, someone had told me about the ESO Black Friday 2023 sales, and I saw on their announcement page

(today is my pay day, so I figured I would buy the bundle today, but it looks like it is over).
do these announcements generally mean midnight from the day before (November 29 midnight 12:00 am)?
nobody seems to have mentioned it so I am assuming that it is just the way ESO announces their dates? or is there some daily cut-off time for end dates for ESO? Is it something like a 3am eastern server reset time?
