Patron selection ToT bugged out

I was playing a casual match against somebody and I selected the first patron. After that the bar still was green and I thought well, maybe the order of patron selection has been changed for whatever reason and I picked the second patron. But still the bar was green and the timer ran. I did not select as I thought this is not as it should be and at least the random number generator should select it. The last patron seemed to have been picked by the player or the computer immediately after the third one.

I don't think this is intented behavior, isn't it?
