5500 crowns not refresh every day on PTS server

Hey, usually i had 5500 crowns every day refreshing every time i log in on PTS, but its not refresh to me already about 1-2 months. Now im 0 crowns and can't continue build my house there for Live Server to New Year Celebrate.
I asked in Support about it also, they answered me this:
The actual question is - was this done intentionally, or is this a flaw caused by the latest PTS update?
If the latter, could you solve this problem (or at least pointwise update the crowns on my account to 5500) in closest time, so I can continue building the house and not be idle?

"I understand you're contacting us about the Crowns not refreshing on the PTS server.
The first time you log into the PTS you will receive 500 Crowns and each day, at 3:00am EDT (7:00 UTC), your Crown balance will be reset to 5500.
If the Crowns haven't been updated, we would like to suggest submitting a feedback for this issue. You can submit feedback and bug reports several different ways for the development team to review. You can submit a ticket through our help portal here by selecting Feedback / Bug as your category.
Additionally, you can report bugs by posting details about the issue on The Elder Scrolls Online official forums.
Note: Bug reports and feedback are not sent to our support team and will not receive a response. If you need help from support, please use the /help function within the game or submit a ticket under a different category."
