Is it possible to make the chat window wider?

For those familiar with the addon/UI-modification system: Is there a way to remove the limitation on how "wide" the chat window can be?

I'm not sure I understand why that limitation is in place, but it's very annoying and a true hindrance for those of us with high resolution screens that need to make the 'chat font' larger just to read it.

Yes, it's fully resizable and you can move it around too. You'll need to release your cursor and work with it as a regular window.

Go to the bottom right hand corner and stretch the edge of the dialogue box.

I know that it's resizable; however, there is a "limit" on how wide you can make it. Did you test it before posting? Try making it really wide and you'll see.

for now you might need to lower your RES until there is a fix for it..=/..there may be a separate UI you can use that might be able to have better options but the UI's I have seen are pretty ugly imo and not developed enough (not that I use a separate ui as they have too much crap I dont like them doing...>.<)

I'll have a look at it tonight to see if there's any easy way to allow larger sizes by making an addon. But yes, there's no way to turn it off in the default settings so far.

I'm going to be adding a chat-window width & height slider to Framework this week (it's already in my to-do list).
