Random Mounts/ Missed Opportunity

I love the random mounts allowing us to favorite and then cycle through our favorites every time we summon our mount. So why didn’t we do the same thing with non combat pets? They could change every load screen. I feel like these two should have been a package deal.

I have gotten a couple of mounts that I cannot stand their sound effects, but I like that my companions can ride just a random mount (including some I don't use for whatever reason) but those particular mounts I just don't want to be used at all.0
