The entire reason it exsists is to prove a balance point of cp+proc sets vs pure skill
which sounds aweosme on paper, but the problem is the PvP community is both small and overall kinda lazy as a result despite such an option for balance being on offer, so they would not have to compalin about sets 20 hours a day, none of them actually take it.....so the real question is, why dosn't zos make the gear/cp setup in ravenwatch the dafult for all campaings?

Once again bring back proc sets just like old Ravenwatch and *** must just start popping again.

I mean, ravenwatch was my main campaign but I switched since there was like NO players here, still the same 10 dudes to play with... Absolute No point.



Maybe since performances are OK in greyhost, it is another reason why people switched.

The only campaign that has any players on PS NA is Gray Host. Friday night there might be some players on Blackreach but during the week and most of the weekend even it is empty.

On PCEU this campaign was more popular than the "main" campaign when it was just no-CP.

But no-Sets killed it.

A consistent and clearly communicated ruleset would've gone a long way towards attracting players to this campaign. All you get now in that regard is a small blurb in the campaign window that proc sets do not work, and it's up to you to figure out what that entails.

It was more popular also because it was first on the list. It's a silly little thing that still have an impact on campaign population. No procs also reduced its popularity because it's the only place (alongside no CP IC) where You need to gear up differently since BGs, duels and all the other campaigns allow all sets. It would be nice if they would add no proc BGs atleast but due to low PvP population in general it won't happen.

It was never the first on the list.
First on the list has always been the 30 day CP enabled campaign.

Players that say the campaign is dead are playing at the wrong moments and can always go to a battleground or find a duel instead.

The most obvious reason is that there's no obvious in-game info to show which sets function in the no-cp campaign. Instead it's this odd forum crawling and build theorizing. Which is a massive turn-off because it's added faff.

I think even Zenimax doesn't know the full list. It's all just pointless. Ravenwatch had population before the no proc and now majority of it is gone. The solution is very simple & easy to address but will Zeni do something. Very unlikely.

Expand the set options or remove the restrictions.
