My character is permanently walking/running slowly after main story quest

I did a main story quest, and during the last encounter my character started moving/running slowly. After returning to the harborage, my character still remained like this. Ive made sure to toggle walk off (when its on it's even more slower), my inventory isnt full, and ive tried relogging/restart launcher, port to cyrodiil, to other zones= nothing. Ive even made a new character, and that one works fine, but when I log back to my original char the problem occours.

My character is permanently walking/running slowly. Does anyone know of a fix?

It has been fixed, it worked after I killed myself

happen to me as well, right after the first encounter with Mannimarco. It's the reason i just logged out, going back to die lol. thnx

Also got this bug and just /stuck to kill myself and that fixed it.
