Explorer Pack Stuff

I was just wondering when I would receive my explorer Pack Bonuses like the vanity Pet/Treasure Maps. The only bonuses I currently have are the Any Race-Any Faction bonus and the Monkey Vanity Pet from the Beta. Will they be released on launch?

Don't they specifically said not to. You will receive your missing items on release. Then open a support if they don't show up.

I got my beta monkey as soon as I logged in to my early access and I've been told via email that I'll receive the rest at the official launch on the 4th hope this helps.

I got a monkey with my 5 days early access but as of yet I do not have the explorers pack etc. What's the deal? It's now release day and I still don't have it?

If you bought a digital edition (doesn't matter from where, I bought my game from Amazon), you should have gotten an e-mail with an account activation code and explorer's pack activation code. You have to enter the account activation code first, then you can enter the explorer's pack code and will get your treasure maps and pet via in game mail. Since I had 3 day early access though, I'm entering my codes on Sunday because the early access grace period was extended until Sunday and once you register your account code, the free 30 day game time starts ticking away. If you haven't received your codes by now, you need to contact the company you bought the game from.

You first need to have received your official game codes from the retailer you purchased from. In my physical copy there is a code specifically labeled "Explorer's Pack". I assume that people who purchased digital copies will also get a special Explorer pack code.

Yes two codes came for my digital..

Yes I've got it now, had to go back in and the codes were now listed... they weren't there before. Grrr.
