Why is there no Crown Sale on Black Friday / Cyber Monday?

Everyone and their cousin is shopping for the holidays during this time - sales all over the place. The "Black Friday Special" isn't exactly the greatest pack of items - I got it to support ZOS and the game that we love, especially with it being just 1900 crowns, BUT - is there a reason they don't do crown sales? It's kinda silly not to honestly, they'd make a lot more money that way and it'd get the playerbase more excited around this time of year.

    I think it's been years since they did one for Black Friday. There may be one during New Life I think.

    why would there be?
    crown sales have as far as i know always been during
    - Jubilee in April
    - Quakecon in August
    - New Life Festival in December

    Because it's black friday and cyber monday . . . sales days literally in every sector of consumerism in the U.S. lol?

    Yeah, I don't know why they ignore this couple of shopping days - of course, here where I live there are some stores that don't do Black Friday/Cyber Monday either. I guess some companies are just set in their ways....

    Cuse if they did like alot of stores do,then we'd notice.I was lookng at vidcards,and the one I wanted has black friday deal, for 289 as a 40% discount,but normally it's 299 on the same sites.Alot of stores up the price,or base discount off MSRP,so you don't get as good of a deal as you tihnk.

    The basic psychology here is they put a discount on crown purchased items while not selling crowns at a discount, this pushes the impulsive buyers to pay for crowns for full price and/or subscription to purchase those deals. They rarely if ever do both actions at the same time, it wouldn't make sense to them to give you a double discount on both the fake currency and what the fake currency is mandatory used for.
