Colovian Highlands General Monster Set (PvP)

Just wondering, in general, if people think this is a good set or not. And curious if there's any known bugs related to it, or any functionality that doesn't seem very evident in the description.
It seems pretty straight-forward, but still.
A little context... It's going to be for outnumbered small-scale. I reunited with some old friends of mine and it turns out they're doing nightly 4 or 5 mans in Grayhost. I typically avoid that campaign, but it wasn't... Eh, awful.
The group comp varies based on who's online, but we have two Dawnbreakering Wardens so it's safe to say one will be there. And we have a NB using Rush of Agony that seems to be what we're playing around.
I'm on a DK, using Leap. They seemed to like my added damage, and wondered if I'd want to wear Vicious Death. I said sure-- doesn't matter to me really-- and I've never worn VD before. Plus I mean... Do I want to be the guy that gets credited with most of the killing blows? Umm, yes, lol.
So I didn't have to waste too much AP getting myself some VD, Im happy to say, and while I was at the elite vendor I noticed the Colovian monster set. Seems like a good pairing, right?
The actual build will be VD front bar, Clever Alchemist back bar, Markyn Ring, 1 Trainee, and of course the monster set I'm asking about.

✭✭✭✭✭i think it could be good if you do get a lot of killing blows in a short time span, you would be a leap machine at that point if you got a bunch of kills every time they grouped up enemies
if you killed around 9 enemies it would be enough to completely refill your ultimate to do another dragon leap (9x15 = 135 ultimate)
even if you only killed 1 enemy, thats still 15 ult restore for you and up to 5 other group membersplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭Yeah that's what I was thinking. I had been wearing bloodspawn. If I can get just 2 killing blows per ult dump then that basically matches my bloodspawn, only now it's like my whole team had been wearing bloodspawn.
Also we're all using pretty cheap ultimates so that helps... Just trying to have more offensive windows and less long periods of kiting. I hate kiting hordes of enemies I'm not that good at it.0
